Project Description

Koné-Tiwaka

When taking the Koné-Tiwaka to enter to the north east, the landscape change for a more luxurious nature but also the habits. Indeed it’s a normal to salute (“tata”) every car and people that we can meet.

As we cross the mountains we cross also plenty of rivers that are quite nice for swimming (as the “chutes de Pombeï”) and during the summer local people prefer to go to the river than into the sea as it’s coolest. There are also a lot of self service stands were local people sell some of their garden food or handcrafts.
